Cancellation Policy

We require 24 Hour cancellation notice. Missed appointments will result in a charge equal to the full price of service missed.

Refund Policy

Gift Card sales and service sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. For hygienic reasons, there will not be refunds or exchanges on retail products sales.
